Sandra Zapata

Sandra Zapata is a Senior Scientific and Regulatory Advisor at Ecoflora Cares, where Sandra also holds titles of R&D Manager, CEO, and Innovation Vice president. Prior to this, Sandra worked as a Technology advisor at Prosoltec and as a Project Manager at Centro de Investigación de la Industria de Alimentos (CIAL), focusing on improving the competitiveness of the Colombian food industry. Additionally, Sandra served as an Adjunct professor at Universidad EIA, teaching manufacturing processes for industrial engineers. With a Ph.D. in Engineering and multiple degrees and certifications in Business Administration, Marketing, and Project Management, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in the food industry sector.
