Emmanuel Oyedokun

Emmanuel Oyedokun has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2023 onwards, they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at EcoG. Prior to this, they had experience as an Embedded Systems/IoT Developer from 2020 to 2023.

Emmanuel also worked for Davosta Homes & Properties as a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they were involved in the design stages of residential projects, controlled costs, ensured project quality, sourced materials and negotiated costs with subcontractors, and managed projects from start to finish.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Tech Support/Networking Engineer at ATS Support. Emmanuel was responsible for procuring and installing VSAT infrastructure and Linux servers, designing and implementing LAN systems, and setting up IT infrastructure for an institution.

Before that, Emmanuel served as an NYSC member from 2016 to 2017. Emmanuel also gained experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor at First Empire Group from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they prepared schedules, conducted project planning, corresponded with subcontractors, and ensured adherence to health and safety standards.

During their internship at Cappa n D'alberto Plc. in 2013-2014, Emmanuel performed physical measurements, prepared valuations, and attended site meetings as a QS intern. Emmanuel also interned at Etco Nigeria Ltd. during the same period, where they measured M&E works, prepared valuations, and created bill of quantities.

Emmanuel's earliest work experience was as an Internship Trainee at .Connect Systems Ltd from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they onboarded clients for internet services, resolved client problems, and managed hardware and software systems.

Emmanuel Oyedokun obtained a B.Sc degree in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mapoly, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Emmanuel Oyedokun has also pursued various certifications. Emmanuel obtained the "Industrial IoT on Google Cloud" certification from Coursera in July 2022. Emmanuel also completed "The Complete Flutter Development Bootcamp" and "Introduction to Cloud Computing on AWS" certifications from Udemy in July 2022 and April 2022 respectively. Furthermore, they achieved the "HSE I-III" certification from IREIGN CLASS OF PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE LTD in October 2017. Lastly, they obtained two "Microsoft Certified: Azure IoT Developer Specialty" certifications from Microsoft in October 2022.
