Eduard Freydel

Ed Freydel is the Chief Financial Officer of Ecogy Energy. Using his business and operating expertise in finance, he oversees debt, tax equity and private capital raises, manages operating cash flows, analyzes development opportunities, and implements accretive financing solutions and strategies.

Prior to Ecogy, Ed spent six years in a variety of executive level roles at a publicly traded mining business where he lead finance, corporate development, investor relations and supply chain departments. Ed also was previously an investment banker for ten years, focused on executing corporate mergers & acquisitions in the energy industry, completing over $15 billion in transactions.
