Rafael Ordás Diéguez

Rafael Ordás Diéguez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rafael is currently serving as a Deputy CEO, Corporate Services Manager, and Chief Financial Officer at ECOINTEGRAL INGENIERÍA, SL. Prior to this, they were the President of FEDELE Madrid in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the General Manager of International House Madrid, managing a team of 250 employees and providing language services to over 25,000 people in the Madrid area. Rafael also served as the School Director and Chief Financial Officer at Academia Britanica International House Córdoba and Huelva from 2015 to 2017, overseeing the operations of multiple language schools. Rafael has held various managerial roles throughout their career, including as the Operations Manager at Academia Britanica International House Cordoba and as the Co-Owner of Grupo ARCO, a group of engineering and fish farming companies. Rafael has also gained experience in the real estate sector, as the Managing Director of Gea Prasa International Construct and as the Manager of Promociones Inmobiliarias Fuerteventura, where they managed residential real estate projects. Rafael began their career as a Senior Auditor and Consultant at Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen), where they had high responsibilities in audit field work and financial consulting.

Rafael Ordás Diéguez's education history includes three significant periods. From 1992 to 1998, they studied at the Universidad de Córdoba, where they earned a degree in engineering. In 2016-2017, they attended the San Telmo Business School, completing a Programa Intensivo de Dirección Empresarial focused on business. Most recently, in 2022, Rafael enrolled in the San Telmo Business School again to pursue a Programa Especialización Gobierno de la Empresa, specializing in the field of Gobierno de la Empresa (Government of the Company).
