Adele Keating is an authentic and influential HR Leader currently serving as the Human Resources Director for ANZ at Ecolab. With a strong background in the pharmaceuticals industry, Adele has held various roles including HR Account Manager and HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca from 2005 to 2008, and later served as the Head of HR for Supply & Manufacturing from 2016 to 2022. Prior to their extensive experience at AstraZeneca, Adele worked as a Human Resources Advisor at the Department of Corrections from 2002 to 2005. Adele holds a BCA and BSc in Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
