Amanda C. has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, currently serving as IT Director of End User Services at Ecolab since August 2014. In this position, Amanda has built cross-functional stakeholder relationships and aligned strategies with company goals to support growth. Previously, Amanda was the IT Manager for Global Client Solutions, steering projects focused on end-point technology deployment, and served as an IT Project Manager overseeing critical enterprise technology projects. Prior to Ecolab, Amanda worked at Merrill Corporation as an IT Project Administrator, where responsibilities included developing training materials and enhancing interdepartmental communications. Amanda's career began at the National Endowment for Democracy as a Program Assistant in the East Asia Division, managing sensitive projects and providing administrative support. Amanda holds a BA in Asian Studies from St. Olaf College and has further academic qualifications from Yonsei University.
