Amit Mohan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Ecolab since January 2017, Amit oversees HR for all Ecolab entities in India. Previous roles include Director of Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner for Heavy & Mining in the IMEA region, as well as Director of HR for India and HRBP for Supply Chain in IMEA. Prior to Ecolab, Amit held key HR positions at Amazon, GE Healthcare, Larsen & Toubro Limited, and completed a summer internship at Tata Steel. Amit holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College.
