Andrew Powers

Andrew Powers is an experienced procurement executive with a strong background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President Procurement Europe at Ecolab since July 2011, Andrew has held several leadership roles including Director Strategic Sourcing for Raw Materials and Packaging and Equipment, where responsibilities included developing strategies for significant spend and leading teams to optimize procurement processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Ecolab, Andrew worked at Henkel as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, optimizing supplier negotiations and managing relationships. Andrew's career began as an Environmental Engineer at Camp Dresser & McKee, where project management and regulatory compliance were key focus areas. Andrew holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
