Cathy Goodman

Cathy Goodman is a senior HR executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent and CTO at Ecolab, where they drive strategies to attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Optum, including Vice President of Succession and Talent Management, where they led talent strategies to enhance business performance. Before joining Optum, Cathy worked at General Mills, overseeing HR initiatives across various operations and departments. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Commercial French Studies, as well as a Master's in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
