Clay McCarthy

Clay McCarthy is a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Ecolab, where they drive cross-functional initiatives within the Operational Innovation organization. They have previously held positions as a Design Engineer and Associate Design Engineer at The Toro Company, and worked as a Production Engineer at Kannegiesser ETECH. Clay began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AMSOIL INC. Clay is currently pursuing an MBA from Carlson School of Management, expected in 2028. With a strong background in project management and design for manufacturing, Clay consistently seeks opportunities to expand their expertise and exceed expectations.
