Clay McCarthy

Clay McCarthy is currently a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Ecolab, where they apply their extensive technical and leadership experience to drive innovation. They previously worked as a Design Engineer and Associate Design Engineer at The Toro Company, and as a Production Engineer at Kannegiesser ETECH. Clay began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AMSOIL INC. and served as a Student Technician at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. They are pursuing an MBA at the Carlson School of Management, expected to graduate in 2028.
