David Dorr

David Dorr is an experienced facilities and maintenance professional with a background in management roles. At RE Carroll Management, David served as Maintenance Manager from November 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, from January 2014 to November 2021, David worked as Facilities Manager at Trinity Property Consultants, where responsibilities included managing a team of 10 employees, overseeing budgets, ensuring timely completion of work orders, supervising employee performance, scheduling projects, negotiating with contractors, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining effective communication with vendors. Currently, David is employed as a Territory Representative at Ecolab since May 2022. David holds a High School Diploma from York Community High School and has studied Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the College of DuPage.
