Dayna Johnson

Dayna Johnson is an accomplished engineering and consulting leader with extensive experience in both technical and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Consultants at Ecolab, Dayna builds and directs a global consulting team for the Ecolab Water for Climate program. As a co-founder of Innovation Instincts, Inc., Dayna drives the strategic vision and market strategies. Previously, leadership roles included Emerging Technology Programs and Operations Leader at GE Gas Power, various positions at GE Renewable Energy, and key roles within the Society of Women Engineers, including President. Dayna holds a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
