De Balsitis has extensive experience in customer setup and billing management within the chemical and service industries. Currently serving as WPS Shared Service Special Project Manager at Ecolab since January 2008, De Balsitis has also held the position of Manager of the WPS Customer Setup/Invoice Management Team. Prior roles at Nalco Chemical Company from 2008 to 2010 and at Nalco from January 2000 to January 2008 included responsibilities in customer setup, billing, and dispute resolution. De Balsitis holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Morton College, which was completed between 1985 and 1990.
