Derek Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of customer service and sales management, currently serving as a District Manager at Ecolab since July 2016. At Ecolab, Derek leads a team of Territory Managers to ensure profitable growth and superior service for Institutional customers, focusing on quality and safety in work practices. Previous roles at Ecolab include Corporate Account Manager, where Derek managed a portfolio of corporate accounts in Singapore and Malaysia valued at 4 million each, and Sales Development Manager, responsible for identifying client needs and enhancing customer experiences. Derek began the career as a Territory Manager, providing exceptional support to clients in the hospitality sector.
