Derrick Leland

Derrick Leland is currently a District Manager at ECOLAB, where they hire, train, and develop talent to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, they served as an Associate District Manager at ECOLAB and held various leadership roles in the US Army, including Director and Company Commander, where they managed a 62-employee organization and fostered customer relationships across multiple states. Derrick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
