Dexter D.

Dexter D. has an extensive background in human resources and procurement, with experience at companies such as Ecolab, Securian Financial, General Mills, and Target. Dexter holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas as well as a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Dexter also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University. Currently, Dexter serves as the Senior Vice President Human Resources, Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Ecolab.
