Donald Bowden is an experienced leader in engineering and operations, currently serving as the Director of North America Reliability Engineering at Ecolab since November 2016. In this role, Donald is responsible for achieving breakthrough results and advancing methodologies in plant maintenance management, enhancing organizational technical capabilities, and transitioning operational practices to digital solutions. Prior to Ecolab, Donald held various leadership positions at Nestlé Waters North America and Procter & Gamble, including Factory Manager and Manufacturing Platform Leader, among others. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
