Drew Pepper possesses extensive experience in sales, training, and marketing within the food safety and quick service restaurant sectors. At Ecolab, from January 2014 to June 2025, Drew held several key positions, including Sr. Training Specialist, Territory Representative, District Manager, and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing training programs to managing substantial territories and driving significant sales growth. Notably, as a Territory Representative, Drew managed a large territory generating approximately $5 million in sales, and as District Manager, led a team expansion while exceeding sales goals.
