Dynisha Klugh

Dynisha Klugh, MBA, PMP, is an expert in organizational development, human resources, project management, and adult learning with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). With a robust career spanning various roles at Ecolab, including Senior HR Director and Director of Knowledge Systems, Dynisha has led initiatives that improve processes and transform organizational cultures. Prior to their time at Ecolab, they held significant positions at HP, ExxonMobil, and Baylor College of Medicine, among others. Dynisha earned a B.S. in Information Systems Technology from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
