Emily Heller

Emily Heller, MHRIR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ecolab since June 2022, Emily has previously held senior HR positions at the University of Minnesota and Bethel University. With a career that began in 2005 at Gander Mountain, Emily has amassed diverse experience, including roles as a Human Resources Generalist and specialist positions in employee records and recruiting. Emily holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from St. Catherine University.
