Eric DeMaster is currently the Assistant Chief IP Counsel at Ecolab, a position they have held since 2014. Previously, they worked as a Patent Attorney at Merchant & Gould, PC from 2002 to 2014. Eric holds a B.S. in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.S. in Microbial Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as a degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
