Fonny Capiot

Fonny Capiot has extensive experience in the IT and business applications sector, predominantly with Ecolab since February 1999, where key roles include Business Application - Contact Center Lead for Europe, overseeing the European Contact Center solution, and Business Applications Europe Lead, managing regional applications and ERP systems. Fonny has also led the SAP Solution Center EMEA Supply Chain team, received the Ecolab IT Circle of Excellence award in 2008, and managed IT infrastructure and applications across the Benelux region. Previous roles include software consulting at Linfo NV and ASQ, business analysis at Snauwaert NV, and system engineering at Manware NV. Fonny holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Industrial Engineering in Electronics and ICT from Hogeschool PXL, and pursued additional education in brewing and hotel management.
