Glen Johnson

Glen Johnson has extensive experience in digital HR and technology strategy, currently serving as SVP of Digital HR & Shared Services at Ecolab since March 2014, following a tenure as VP of HR Technology & Shared Services. Prior to Ecolab, Glen held multiple positions at Thomson Reuters from January 2007 to March 2014, including VP of CIO Strategy & Portfolio Management and Global Head of HR Technology, where responsibilities included governance and the successful implementation of Workday HCM for a workforce of over 55,000 employees across 90 countries. Earlier roles included senior project management and consulting positions at genesis10, CedarCrestone, and Accenture. Glen earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 1994.
