Heather M is an international trade leader with extensive experience in compliance and a strong focus on strategy, operations, and program development. They served as the VP of Global Trade Compliance at Ecolab since 2021, following their role as Director of Global Trade Compliance from 2014 to 2021. Prior to Ecolab, Heather held positions at Lockheed Martin, Polaris Industries, and Best Buy, where they led various initiatives in trade compliance. Currently, Heather is pursuing a Juris Doctorate with an international focus at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Bemidji State University.
