Jerome Charton is a seasoned executive with a robust history in enhancing performance across global organizations, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. They held various leadership roles at Baxter Healthcare from 1999 to 2009, including General Manager for BeLux and VP of Marketing for Europe and EMEA. Jerome continued to advance their career at Ecolab from 2009 to 2021, culminating as EVP & President of Global Markets, overseeing operations outside North America. They served as President of the Microbial Control Solutions Business Unit at Arxada until 2023 and are currently the CEO at Clinigen.
