Joann Pho

JoAnn Pho is an experienced professional in demand planning and logistics, currently serving as Demand Planning Manager at Ecolab since June 2014. JoAnn has held various positions within Ecolab, including Associate Logistics Manager and Senior Logistics Team Leader, demonstrating expertise in facilitating communication across multiple departments and driving continuous improvement in logistics operations. JoAnn successfully managed local operations during a carrier transition, achieving high service levels, and implemented freight accounting processes that enhanced visibility and governance. Prior to Ecolab, JoAnn gained valuable experience as a Research and Design Support at Stratos Innovation Group and completed a Supply Chain Management internship at Philips, where statistical analysis and forecasting skills were developed. Additionally, JoAnn co-founded Wellsprings of Change, which focuses on providing clean drinking water and empowering youth within the community. JoAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from The Ohio State University.
