Joe's expertise encompasses Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, credit management, and financial analysis, along with a strong background in cross-functional team building and strategic negotiation. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, alongside an MBA in Finance & Strategy Management from the Carlson School of Management.
