John Hilgren

John Hilgren is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Ecolab, where they lead a multi-disciplinary team to support innovation and regulatory agency relations. Previously, John held the position of Senior Scientist at Ecolab Inc. from 1993 to 2012 and worked as a Microbiologist at Viromed Laboratories from 1990 to 1993. John has a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2004 and 2008. Presently, they also hold the role of Vice President of the Value Program at Ecolab since 2022.
