John Rogers, BS, MS, is an accomplished materials engineer with extensive experience in nonwoven materials and polymer processing. Currently serving as Staff Engineer for Nonwoven Materials at Ecolab since May 2021, John previously held various roles at 3M from 2013 to November 2021, including Advance Research Specialist and Senior Materials Engineer. Key achievements include co-developing the award-winning Coban™ NL Non-Latex, contributing to multiple patents, driving significant cost savings, and leading capital improvement projects exceeding $1M. John possesses a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from the University of Florida.
