Karen Marsh is currently the VP of Quality & MPD for the NA Institutional & Specialty Division at Ecolab, overseeing quality, materials, process, and delivery within North America. Previously, Karen held the role of Director of Quality Commercialization at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they led commercialization for the new product introduction process. Karen also served as Operations Manager and in various quality leadership roles within the Consumer Products Group. Earlier in their career, they contributed to operations and quality at Buckeye Technologies. Karen earned a degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University between 1988 and 1992.
