Karsten Peter

Karsten Peter is the Vice President of HR Germany at Ecolab, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of HR at Uniper SE from 2013 to 2017, and as HR Director for E.ON in the Czech Republic from 2010 to 2013. Karsten also contributed to the E.ON Academy as an expert and project lead for Russia. They were previously the Deputy Head of the Executive MBA program at the European University Viadrina from 2001 to 2007. Karsten holds a 1st German State Examination in Law from Universität Potsdam and an Executive MBA from ESMT European School of Management and Technology, along with a 2nd German State Examination in Law from the Kammergericht Berlin.
