Kate Middleton is currently the Chief Counsel for Litigation & AI Governance at Ecolab, where they oversee legal matters in artificial intelligence and litigation. Prior to this role, Kate served as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Team at Faegre Drinker from 2014 to 2023, and as a Trial Associate at Collison & O'Connor, Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics & AI at NYU Stern School of Business, along with a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
