Lea McCabe

Lea McCabe is currently the Director of Government Relations at Ecolab, where they lead initiatives to shape environmental policies. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at the Environmental Defense Fund, managing partnerships and developing campaign strategies. Lea worked as an ORISE Fellow at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on communications for water sector preparedness. They also held positions with the U.S. House of Representatives, leading the Water Contamination Task Force and advocating for environmental policies. Lea holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
