Lisa Kaiser

Lisa Kaiser is a Senior Tax Manager at Ecolab and has previously held significant roles at U.S. Bank, including Corporate Tax Reporting and Compliance Director and Senior Tax Manager. With extensive experience in federal, state, and international tax compliance, Lisa has managed various tax processes and provided oversight on tax accounting. They began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Beltz, Kes, Darling and Associates and later worked at EY as a Staff Accountant and Senior Tax Accountant. Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from Eastern Oregon University and a Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
