Lori Kraus

Lori Kraus is an experienced recruiter currently serving as the Recruiter for Sales Functions at Ecolab since April 2022. In this role, Lori demonstrates recruitment best practices and leads recruitment initiatives while partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruitment strategies. Previously, Lori worked as a Talent Acquisition Generalist at Cambria, where the focus was on filling over 40 full-cycle positions. Prior to that, Lori held the position of Senior Stylist at Stitch Fix, conducting interviews and mentoring new team members. Additional experience includes serving as a Career Specialist at the University of St. Thomas and working in various roles in career counseling and academic administration. Lori holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
