Maddy Olson

Maddy Olson is a Senior Packaging Engineer at Ecolab, having transitioned into this role in 2024 after working in various capacities within the packaging field. Maddy graduated with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in May 2021, holding a BS in Packaging Engineering with a minor in business and a cumulative GPA of 3.7. Prior to Ecolab, Maddy gained experience as a Packaging Engineer at Medtronic, specializing in cardiac medical devices, as well as in previous roles at DDL, Inc., Schreiber Foods, and Alpha Comm Enterprises, where they developed skills in project management, communication, and creative design. Maddy has over a year of combined experience in both the consumer goods and medical device industries, demonstrating a strong ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
