Mercedes Walker serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Campus Recruiting at Ecolab, where they leverage their extensive experience in Human Resources, program management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a strong background in recruiting across various industries, they excel at partnering cross-functionally to drive results and support organizational goals. Mercedes previously held key positions at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC and Thomson Reuters, and they are actively pursuing a B.S. in Applied Organizational Studies and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
