Michal Gadkowski has extensive experience in finance and supply chain management, having held various roles in reputable companies. Michal's career began with internships at Bank Pekao and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included audit process support and managing a sub-team. At Unilever, leadership was demonstrated as a Supply Chain Finance Operations Team Leader and Analyst, focusing on purchasing price variances and month-end closure activities. Subsequent positions at PepsiCo included Supply Chain Finance Manager and SC Finance Planning Manager for France, with oversight of cost reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Currently, Michal serves as a Strategic Finance BP / Finance Manager for the Textile Care Division at Ecolab. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, along with postgraduate studies in Accounting through the ACCA Programme at the University of Economics in Katowice.
