Neil Barlow has extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence, currently serving as Vice President Supply Chain for Industrial Europe at Ecolab since January 2013. Previous roles at Ecolab include Manufacturing Director for Nalco & OBL Downstream and Director of Supply Chain Integration and Value Improvement. Prior to Ecolab, Neil held the position of European Operational Excellence Expert at Luvata and Senior Manager of Logistics at Tarmac Building Products Ltd. Earlier in the career, Neil was a Plant Manager at both Tarmac and Flexsys. Neil Barlow holds a BEng in Chemical and BioProcess Engineering from the University of Bath, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
