Nikolaus Schultz has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Marketing Director for the F&B Product Line at Ecolab since October 2009. Previous roles at Ecolab include Food & Beverage District Manager, Food & Beverage Account Manager, and Agri and Dairy Division Project Leader, where R&D projects for the F&B Agri Division were managed and coordinated. Earlier in their career, Nikolaus worked as a Chemist for the NA F&B Technical Service Department, conducting testing and preparing technical reports, and as a Brewer at Surly Brewing Company. Nikolaus holds a degree in Chemistry from Bethany Lutheran College and a certification in Brewing Science from the University of California, Davis.
