Norm Apostol has extensive experience in lean management and continuous improvement within various industries. Currently serving as the TPM Lean Manager for Global Supply Chain at Ecolab since 2012, Norm leads the implementation of Lean TPM culture and provides guidance in loss analysis and pillar support. Previously, Norm held roles such as Principal Engineer for Continuous Improvement at Baxter Healthcare, focusing on change management and Lean methodologies, and Director of Industrial Engineering at Performance Team, where multi-site responsibilities included support for client-based distribution solutions. Additionally, Norm has applied Lean principles in consumer goods manufacturing at Newell-Rubbermaid and high-volume manufacturing at Gillette. Norm holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
