Paula Palmi

Paula Palmi is a retired professional with extensive experience in quality management and safety. They served as Six Sigma Director and Safety Director at 3M Company from 2001 to 2003, overseeing critical safety and quality initiatives. They continued to build their career at Ecolab, where they have held the position of VP Quality since 2007. Paula also worked as Quality Director and Divisional Quality Director at 3M from 2003 to 2007, focusing on corporate and divisional quality functions. Paula earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Morris, in 1978.
