Pete Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of process optimization, supply chain management, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Director at Ecolab since December 2024, Pete previously held multiple leadership roles at Victrex, including Continuous Improvement and Quality Director, and Supply Chain Director, where significant advancements in global supply chain functions were achieved. Prior roles include Head of Quality and Sustainability at Globus Group and Operations Director at Invibio Biomaterial Solutions. With expertise honed at renowned organizations such as 3M and Unilever, Pete's academic credentials include a first-class Bachelor of Science and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
