Randy Lia

Randy Lia is the Vice President of Supply Chain and Digital Supplier Experience at Ecolab, where they lead strategic initiatives to enhance digital business processes with suppliers. Previously, Randy held various roles at Ecolab, including Director of Global Procurement and Sr. Marketing Manager, driving significant growth and operational efficiencies. Randy's earlier experience includes positions at Sheldahl Flexible Technologies and Imation, contributing to product management and engineering. Currently, Randy is pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Saint Thomas.
