Ron Dill

Ron Dill is an experienced logistics professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as Director of Logistics at Ecolab since June 2018, Ron has held multiple leadership positions including Director of Midwest Logistics and Logistics Manager III. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Horizon Global Americas, where Ron was responsible for North American transportation, distribution, and US Customs compliance, managing a $70 million budget and overseeing 300 employees across eight facilities. Initially starting in logistics at Tech Data Corporation and progressing through roles at Mafcote, Inc., Toys R Us, and Kohl's, Ron combines a strong operational background with academic credentials, holding a BA in Finance/Accounting from Otterbein University and executive studies certification from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Ron is recognized as a Black Belt by the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
