Roy Challenger has extensive experience in the beverage industry, having held various roles in manufacturing and quality assurance. At Asahi Beverages, Roy served as Manufacturing Coordinator and later as Project Coordinator for the Queensland integration project. Prior responsibilities included managing the syrup room and ensuring high performance of teams to meet supply chain objectives. Roy’s earlier career at Carlton & United Breweries involved overseeing brewing processes and non-alcoholic production operations. Currently, Roy works as an Account Manager at Ecolab. Educationally, Roy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from The University of Queensland, a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, and completed Year 12 at TSS.
