Sara Erickson

Sara Erickson is a seasoned professional in recruitment marketing and people experience, currently serving as the Director of People Experience & Recruitment Marketing at Ecolab since July 2013. With a progressive career at Ecolab, Sara has developed and led recruitment marketing strategies, managed teams, and collaborated with various stakeholders to enhance candidate and associate experiences. Sara has extensive experience in employer branding and analytics, having spoken at notable conferences and played a key role in the global launch of recruitment marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles in campus recruiting and behavioral therapy, with a strong educational background in psychology from the University of Minnesota and graduate studies in clinical psychology at Widener University.
