Scott Lyon has extensive experience at Ecolab since June 2001, currently serving as AVP Corporate Accounts and Enterprise Excellence Deployment Leader for Global Healthcare. Key accomplishments include leading North America's SAP implementation for Ecolab Healthcare, generating safety performance analytics for senior leadership, and directing the global software platform Intelex to enhance safety programs. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Scott managed the corporate project portfolio, achieving $500 million in safety and supply chain savings. Additional roles included driving cost-saving initiatives, delivering training on Lean Six Sigma methodology, and providing technical sales support that secured significant new business. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
