Stephanie Rapp

Stephanie Rapp is currently the Area Vice President at Ecolab, overseeing operations in Canada in the Downstream and Global Chem sectors. From 2018 to 2025, they served as District Manager at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, following several roles in account management and technical service at companies such as Ashland Distribution and Nexeo Solutions. Stephanie began their career at Ashland, Inc. and held the position of District Representative at Nalco before advancing to Area Manager. They earned a degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 1997 and 1999.
