Stephen Rivera

Stephen Rivera is an experienced professional with over a decade of leadership at Ecolab, where positions have included Plant Manager, TPM, Reliability and Engineering Manager, and Production Manager. Rivera has successfully managed teams with up to 138 employees and has played a critical role in achieving significant operational milestones, such as leading the Elk Grove Village plant to become the first in North America to attain TPM Bronze status. Expertise in materials management resulted in substantial improvements in supply chain performance, including a 72% reduction in late deliveries.
